DailyHue 由 HC 提供，協助你記錄每日色彩並與好友分享。使用者須有能力依所在地法律同意本條款；未成年人應取得監護人許可。本服務不以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象。請妥善保管登入資料，不冒用他人身分。
HC provides DailyHue to help you record daily colors and share with friends. You must have capacity to agree under applicable law; minors should obtain guardian permission. The service is not directed to children under 13. Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate others.
你的內容 Your content
你保留作品的權利。上傳時，你授予 HC 為儲存、處理色彩、顯示、備份與依你選擇分享作品所必要的非專屬授權；此授權不將作品所有權轉讓給 HC。請只上傳你有權使用並可合法分享的內容，不侵害他人著作權、隱私或肖像權。刪除後，停止提供作品的處理方式依隱私權政策。
You retain rights to your work. Uploading grants HC a non-exclusive license limited to storing, processing colors, displaying, backing up and sharing content according to your choices; ownership is not transferred. Upload only content you may lawfully use and share, respecting copyright, privacy and image rights. Removal is handled as described in the privacy policy.
社群規範 Community rules
不得上傳違法、剝削兒童、威脅、騷擾、仇恨或侵權內容，不得散布垃圾訊息、欺騙他人、竄改分數或繞過存取限制。可透過作品檢舉及封鎖功能回報問題。HC 可為安全或違規處理隱藏內容、限制功能或停用帳號；如認為處理有誤，可向客服申訴。
Do not upload unlawful, child-exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful or infringing content, spam, deceive others, tamper with scores or bypass access controls. Use reporting and blocking to raise concerns. HC may hide content, limit features or suspend accounts for safety or violations. Contact support to appeal a decision.
挑戰與分析 Challenges and analysis
每日創作依伺服器時間及裝置提供的 IANA 時區計算日期。一般用戶每個日期可首次發布 1 篇個人貼文，Plus 無每日發文上限；一般帳號的私人、好友與公開貼文共用額度，刪除貼文不返還額度。一般用戶可發布今日及昨日符合資格的紀錄，Plus 可在過去日期新增創作，不限發布篇數。抽色、照片新增及挑戰投稿依 App 顯示的期間與規則進行；色彩相似度是創作參考，不是精密量測或獎勵保證。挑戰評選依成員投票，不由色彩分數決定。
Daily creation dates use server time and the IANA time zone supplied by your device. Free accounts may first-publish 1 personal post per date; Plus has no daily posting limit. Private, friends-only and public posts share the free allowance, which deletion does not restore. Free accounts may publish eligible records for today and yesterday; Plus may create for past dates without a daily posting limit. Color draws, adding photos and challenge submissions follow the periods and rules shown in the app. Color similarity is creative feedback, not precision measurement or a guarantee of rewards. Challenge results use member voting, not color scores.
可用性與責任 Availability and responsibility
服務可能因維護、網路、裝置或雲端故障中斷，請自行匯出重要作品。HC 會處理已知故障，但不承諾不間斷服務或特定分析結果。法律允許範圍內，不對不可合理控制的中斷或第三方行為負責；本條款不排除依法不能排除的消費者權利或責任。
Maintenance, connectivity, device or cloud failures may interrupt the service. Export important work. HC addresses known issues but does not promise uninterrupted availability or specific analysis outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, HC is not responsible for interruptions beyond reasonable control or third-party conduct. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities.
終止、變更與聯絡 Termination, changes and contact
你可隨時停止使用或申請刪除帳號。DailyHue Plus 為選購的自動續訂訂閱，提供月訂閱與年訂閱；可用方案以 App 內顯示為準。本頁不構成訂閱報價。App 在購買前顯示商店提供的價格、週期、自動續訂條件及權益，並提供恢復購買方式。確認購買後由所用商店帳號扣款；除非於續訂前取消，訂閱會依所選週期自動續訂並扣款。Apple 訂閱由 App Store 處理，可在 Apple 帳號的訂閱設定管理或取消；Google Play 訂閱可在 Google Play 訂閱設定管理或取消。刪除 App 或 DailyHue 帳號不會自動取消訂閱，基本免費功能不需訂閱。退款依商店規則及適用法律處理。iOS App 的授權使用適用 Apple 標準授權協議（EULA），DailyHue 的雲端與社群服務適用本條款。條款變更會更新此頁及生效日期。問題、申訴或著作權通知請寄至 bad.tech.service@gmail.com，不要寄送密碼。
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. DailyHue Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription with monthly and annual plans; available plans are shown in the app. This page is not a subscription offer. Before purchase, the app displays store-provided prices, periods, auto-renewal terms and benefits, and offers a way to restore purchases. Payment is charged to the store account used at purchase confirmation. Unless cancelled before renewal, the subscription automatically renews and is charged for each selected billing period. Apple subscriptions are handled by the App Store and can be managed or cancelled in Apple account subscription settings; Google Play subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or a DailyHue account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Basic free features do not require a subscription. Refunds follow store rules and applicable law. Use of the iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA; these terms govern DailyHue cloud and social services. Changes update this page and its effective date.
