DailyHue is operated by HC. Privacy and support contact: bad.tech.service@gmail.com. This policy describes data handling in the DailyHue app and this website.
帳號與創作資料 Account and creative data
雲端功能會處理登入識別資料（例如 Email、登入供應商與帳號 ID）、帳號名稱、顯示名稱、頭像、自介、你選擇提供的 Instagram 帳號、語言、通知偏好、你上傳的照片與內文、標籤、所選國家與城市、作品日期與可見性、色彩資訊、好友邀請與關係、挑戰與投票、封鎖、按讚、留言、收藏、檢舉及申訴。裝置提供的時區用於每日資格及提醒。啟用付費購買時亦需處理必要的商店交易識別與訂閱權益狀態；DailyHue 不直接取得支付卡資料。
Cloud features process sign-in identifiers (such as email, provider and account ID), username, display name, avatar, bio, your optional Instagram handle, language, notification preferences, uploaded photos and captions, hashtags, selected countries and cities, post dates and visibility, color data, friend invitations and relationships, challenges and votes, blocks, likes, comments, bookmarks, reports and appeals. Device-supplied time zones support daily eligibility and reminders. When paid purchases are enabled, necessary store transaction identifiers and entitlement status will also be processed; DailyHue does not directly receive payment-card details.

資料用於驗證登入、提供每日創作、色彩比較與挑戰、保存及依你選擇的可見性分享作品、提供地點搜尋與作品地圖、管理社群互動、傳送你開啟的提醒、處理檢舉及申訴、排除故障與維護安全。我們不將照片、私人短文或 Email 放入產品使用事件。
Data supports authentication, daily creation, color comparison and challenges, storage and sharing under your chosen visibility, location search and artwork maps, social interactions, reminders you enable, reports and appeals, troubleshooting and security. Product usage events do not contain photos, private captions or email addresses.
權限與本機資料 Permissions and local data
相機用於拍照與掃描 QR code，相簿用於選取照片及經你操作下載影像，通知由你選擇開啟。地點選擇頁會在需要推薦附近國家或城市時請求位置權限；你可拒絕並改用搜尋。位置座標用於查詢推薦，不作為貼文的 GPS 定位公開；貼文只保存你選取的地點。照片上傳時移除 EXIF／GPS 中繼資料。本機保存編輯中的創作、原圖、待上傳任務及偏好。自動發布重試只在你按下發布且伺服器受理後進行。
Camera access supports photography and QR scanning; photo-library access supports image selection and downloads you initiate. Notifications are optional. The location picker requests location permission when recommending nearby countries or cities; you may decline and use search. Coordinates are used for recommendations, not published as post GPS locations; posts retain only the location you select. Uploads strip EXIF/GPS metadata. In-progress creations, originals, pending uploads and preferences are stored locally. Automatic publication retries begin only after you select Publish and the server accepts the request.

作品可選僅自己、好友或公開。好友作品須符合好友與封鎖權限；公開作品可由未登入訪客查看。個人資料中公開呈現的欄位及 Instagram 連結可由其他用戶查看。具 Plus 權益且有貼文存取權的用戶可以下載該作品的展示影像或合成圖；只有作者可取得雲端保存的未裁切來源圖或分享自己的作品影像。撤銷權限不能收回他人已下載的影像、截圖或外部分享。授權營運人員可為檢舉、客服或安全事件存取必要資料。Firebase／Google Cloud 提供登入、資料庫、儲存、運算、推播、App Check、使用情況分析與當機診斷。Apple／Google 登入供應商依其政策處理登入資料。RevenueCat 提供商店交易驗證、恢復購買及訂閱狀態同步，處理 DailyHue 帳號 ID、必要的商店交易與裝置／App 資訊，不會取得你的照片或內文；Apple／Google 商店處理付款。App 可顯示由 DailyHue 直接刊登的贊助內容，不販售個人資料。
Posts may be private, friends-only or public. Friend posts require the relevant friendship and blocking permissions; public posts are accessible to signed-out visitors. Other users can view publicly presented profile fields and Instagram links. Users with Plus entitlements and post access may download display images or collages; only the author may retrieve the stored uncropped source or share their own artwork images. Revoking access cannot recall downloaded images, screenshots or external shares. Authorized staff may access necessary data for moderation, support or security. Firebase/Google Cloud provide authentication, databases, storage, computing, messaging, App Check, usage analytics and crash diagnostics. Apple/Google sign-in providers process login data under their policies. RevenueCat provides store transaction validation, purchase restoration and subscription status synchronization, processing your DailyHue account ID and necessary store transaction and device/app data, without receiving your photos or captions. Apple/Google stores process payments. The app may display sponsored content placed directly through DailyHue; personal data is not sold.

贊助內容會有明確標示。我們使用短期、隨機的廣告展示識別碼，統計可見展示及外部連結點擊，並向廣告主提供其廣告的每日彙總成效，不提供觀看者的帳號、照片、內文或位置。這些識別碼不跨 App 或網站追蹤，也不使用廣告識別碼。外部連結開啟後，該網站依其政策處理資料。短期展示識別碼到期後由背景工作清理，彙總成效供營運及廣告主報表使用。雲端服務仍可能為安全與維運保留必要的請求紀錄。
Sponsored content is clearly labeled. Short-lived random delivery identifiers count viewable impressions and external-link clicks. Advertisers receive daily aggregate metrics for their own campaigns, without viewers’ accounts, photos, captions or locations. These identifiers do not track across apps or websites, and advertising identifiers are not used. External websites handle data under their own policies. Expired delivery identifiers are cleaned up by background work; aggregate metrics support operations and advertiser reports. Cloud providers may retain necessary request logs for security and operations.

你可在設定中提供建議或回報錯誤，無需登入。送出內容、選填聯絡信箱、App 版本、平台及語言僅供客服與產品改進使用；登入送出時會關聯帳號 ID。回饋僅授權管理員可查看，不公開於社群。服務使用 IP 的雜湊值與帳號計數限制濫用；回饋資料不儲存原始 IP。刪除帳號時會移除該帳號關聯的回饋。未登入的回饋若需刪除，可透過客服信箱聯絡我們。
You may submit suggestions or bug reports from Settings without signing in. Your message, optional contact email, app version, platform and language are used for support and product improvement. Signed-in submissions are linked to your account ID. Only authorized administrators can read feedback; it is not published to the community. Hashed IP values and account counters limit abuse; feedback records do not store raw IP addresses. Account deletion removes feedback linked to that account. Contact support to request deletion of signed-out feedback.
App 使用情況分析 App usage analytics
DailyHue App 使用 Google Analytics for Firebase，了解頁面瀏覽、抽色、登入、作品發布與更新、挑戰提交及訂閱操作，以改善產品。分析會處理隨機 App 安裝識別碼、裝置與 App 資訊、使用事件及概略地區資訊。自訂事件不傳送帳號 ID、信箱、姓名、貼文或留言文字、照片、搜尋內容或精確位置。我們不使用廣告識別碼、不啟用廣告個人化，也不以此跨 App 追蹤。分析並非發布或訂閱資格的判斷依據；Google 依其政策處理分析資料。
The DailyHue app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand screen views, color draws, sign-in, post publication and updates, challenge submissions and subscription actions, and to improve the product. Analytics processes random app-instance identifiers, device/app details, usage events and approximate regional information. Custom events do not send account IDs, emails, names, post or comment text, photos, search content or precise locations. We do not use advertising identifiers, enable advertising personalization or use this data for cross-app tracking. Analytics does not determine publishing eligibility or subscription access. Google processes analytics data under its policies.
診斷、網站與跨境處理 Diagnostics, website and international processing
服務供應商可能處理 IP 位址、裝置與 App 資訊、請求紀錄、App 驗證資料及當機資訊以提供服務。本網站使用 Firebase Hosting，沒有額外安裝廣告或追蹤分析工具。主要資料庫與 Functions 位於台灣 asia-east1；登入、推播、診斷或其他雲端服務可能在其他國家處理資料。
Service providers may process IP addresses, device/app details, request logs, attestation data and crash information. This website uses Firebase Hosting without added advertising or tracking analytics. The primary database and Functions use Taiwan (asia-east1); authentication, messaging, diagnostics and other cloud services may process data in other countries.
保存、撤銷與刪除 Retention, revocation and deletion
雲端帳號及已發布作品原則上保留至你刪除，刪除後由背景工作清理相關檔案。本機舊的每日創作一般超過 10 天會自動清理，Plus 為 30 天；尚未發布的補發創作及未完成上傳任務可能為避免資料遺失而繼續保留，這不會刪除雲端已發布作品。改為私人、封鎖或移除好友會撤銷相關伺服器存取。刪除帳號會使帳號不可使用，並由背景工作移除帳號、作品、頭像、上傳檔案、好友關係及互動；失敗時需重試或客服處理。必要的刪除任務狀態、營運稽核及供應商安全紀錄可能依用途繼續保留。雲端刪除不會自動清除其他裝置或已匯出的副本。
Cloud accounts and published posts are generally retained until you delete them, after which background work cleans up related files. Old local daily creations are normally cleaned up after 10 days, or 30 days for Plus. Unpublished backfill creations and incomplete upload jobs may remain to avoid data loss. Local cleanup does not delete published cloud posts. Making a post private, blocking or removing a friend revokes related server access. Account deletion disables the account and background jobs remove account data, posts, avatars, uploads, friendships and interactions; failures require retries or support. Necessary deletion-job status, operational audits and provider security records may remain for their purposes. Cloud deletion does not automatically clear other devices or exported copies.

你可以編輯資料、修改可見性、關閉通知、匯出資料或在「我的」刪除帳號。也可透過本網站的帳號刪除頁面聯絡 HC，請求存取、更正、匯出或刪除；我們可能先確認帳號所有權，請勿寄送密碼。刪除雲端帳號不會自動抹除其他裝置或你已匯出的副本。若政策有重要變更，我們會更新此頁及生效日期。
You can edit your profile, change visibility, disable notifications, export data or delete your account in Profile. You may also contact HC through the account-deletion page to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may verify account ownership; never send your password. Cloud account deletion does not automatically erase other devices or exported copies. Material changes will be reflected on this page and its effective date.
