在 App 內申請 Request in the app
開啟 DailyHue → 我的 → 刪除帳號，閱讀確認內容後送出。系統會停用該帳號的使用，並建立背景刪除工作。這不是僅登出或暫時停用。
Open DailyHue → Profile → Delete account, read the confirmation and submit. This makes the account unavailable and creates a background deletion job. It is not merely sign-out or temporary deactivation.
無法登入時 If you cannot sign in
請寄信至 bad.tech.service@gmail.com，主旨填寫「DailyHue 帳號刪除」，提供帳號名稱及註冊 Email。請由可證明帳號所有權的信箱聯絡；HC 可能要求必要的所有權確認，但不會要求密碼。點擊下方客服信箱即可自行寄送申請。
Email bad.tech.service@gmail.com with subject “DailyHue account deletion” and your username and registered email. Contact us from an address that can establish ownership. HC may request necessary ownership verification but will not ask for your password. Use the support email link below to send your request.
刪除範圍 What is deleted
刪除工作會移除登入帳號、個人資料、照片、頭像、作品、上傳暫存、好友關係及表情回應等相關資料。必要的刪除工作紀錄、稽核或安全紀錄可能保留，詳見隱私權政策。請先匯出要保留的作品；已匯出檔案、其他裝置本機資料與他人保存的截圖不在遠端刪除範圍內。工作失敗或長時間未完成時，請聯絡客服追蹤。
The job removes the sign-in account, profile, photos, avatar, entries, temporary uploads, relationships, reactions and related data. Necessary deletion-job, audit or security records may remain as described in the privacy policy. Export work you wish to keep first. Exported files, local data on other devices and screenshots saved by others cannot be erased remotely. Contact support if deletion fails or remains incomplete.
